Try Seedance 2.5 and 2.0 on Kubeez with signup credits

New accounts get a starter credit grant so you can render your first Seedance clips without paying upfront, on Seedance 2.5 or on any tier of the 2.0 line. Honest version: it is a trial, not permanent free usage.

    • Start rendering without entering billing details beyond signup
    • Stretch the trial furthest by drafting short and low on the cheapest tier
    • Spend the grant on the newest release, Seedance 2.5, or on any 2.0 tier

What comes out of a Seedance 2 render

Four unedited outputs, each one generation with its own audio. Nothing here was cut together in an editor.

    • Multi-shot scene from one prompt

A noodle counter cut from a wide through the window to a close-up and back. The same two faces survive every cut.

    • A product beat inside live action

A terrier at a fishbowl turns into a commercial: kibble falling in slow motion into a foil pouch, packaging and all.

    • First-person hands across four setups

Recipe book, dough, lattice crust, oven. The hands stay attached to one body and the pie stays the same pie.

    • One environment becoming another

Arctic ice gives way to grass and trees around the same polar bear before the camera lands on its eyes.

    What the trial actually covers

Signup credits are spendable on any model in your plan, which includes every Seedance tier and both generations. Rates apply exactly as they do for paying users, so trial credits simply delay the moment you pay. Every model card shows the live rate and an estimate before you spend anything.

    • Seedance 2.0 is three tiers: Mini (cheapest), Fast (the everyday one), and standard (the only one that renders 1080p and 4K)
    • Seedance 2.5 is the newest release: 480p and 720p, but up to 30 seconds in one continuous take
    • Billing is per second of output, so a 4-second draft costs a third of a 12-second one
    • Native audio is generated with the video and costs no extra credits
    • Text-to-video and image-to-video price identically; only a reference video changes the maths

    How it works

    1. Create your account

Sign up and claim the starter credit grant that ships with every new Kubeez workspace.

    2. Draft at 480p on the cheapest tier

Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p is the lowest rate on the video screen. Draft there, then move up a tier, or across to Seedance 2.5 for a longer take, once the shot is right and not before.

    3. Decide if it's worth continuing

When the trial runs out, top up if Seedance matches your workflow. Nothing renews silently during the grant.

    Good reasons to trial Seedance

    • Compare against other video models you already use
    • Validate a specific shot before committing a campaign budget
    • Teach a teammate how to prompt video without spending a paid pack
    • Check whether the native audio track is usable for your format before you plan around it

How to get the most out of a starter grant

    • Draft at 480p on Mini, then re-render only the take you're keeping at 720p or higher
    • Keep drafts at 4 to 5 seconds: per-second billing means length, not quality, is what drains a trial
    • Save Seedance 2.5 for the shot that genuinely needs 30 unbroken seconds; a long take costs what its length costs
    • Skip reference video on throwaway tests: reference seconds are billed on top of output seconds
    • Write the whole shot into the prompt instead of rendering three variants of the same idea

    Honest trial caveats

Signup credits are a one-time starter grant, not recurring free usage. Once they're spent you need to top up to keep rendering. Exact grant size depends on current Kubeez terms at signup, and credits do not roll over between billing periods once you're on a plan.

    FAQ

    • You can spend the starter credits included with a new account on Seedance 2.5 or on any Seedance 2.0 tier. It is a trial, not free usage: rendering still consumes credits, and the model card shows the rate and an estimate before you commit to a render.

    • It depends on the tier, the resolution and above all the length, because billing is per second of output. A 4-second draft on the cheapest tier is the smallest bite you can take, and doubling the length doubles the cost. The estimate on the model card is the number to trust, since it reads the live rate.

    • Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p, until the shot is right. It is the cheapest per second and its prompt behaviour is close enough that a draft tells you whether the idea works. Re-render the keeper on Fast or standard, or on Seedance 2.5 if the shot needs to run longer than 15 seconds.

    • Not on short clips. The per-second rate drops, but the provider then bills reference seconds plus output seconds against a minimum, so a short render with a reference attached is billed for more seconds than it produced. It only pays off on longer outputs.

    • No. Seedance generates its audio track with the video and the per-second rate already includes it. There is no separate audio charge and no separate render.

    • Yes. Starter credits are not tied to a model, so the newest release is available to spend them on from the first render. It costs more per second than the 2.0 tiers and it is built for length, so a 30-second take will eat a starter grant much faster than a 4-second draft.

    • No. Nothing generative on Kubeez is permanently free. Signup credits give you a trial allowance, and after that you top up to continue rendering.
