You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By creating an account or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you act on behalf of a company, you affirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your account credentials confidential, and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access. You remain responsible for all activity performed through your account.

You may use the Services to generate, upload, or manage creative media in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You must not misuse the Services by attempting to disrupt their operation, reverse engineer proprietary components, or bypass usage limits.

Content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contains illegal, harmful, or discriminatory material is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse or excessive resource consumption that impacts platform stability.

The Services operate on a credit-based system. You can purchase credits individually or subscribe to monthly plans that provide a recurring allocation of credits. Credits are used to generate content (images, videos, music, etc.) on the platform. Prices are displayed before checkout and may change with at least 14 days' notice for recurring subscription plans. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment partners to process the transaction.

Credits are non-transferable and expire only if stated during purchase. All purchases of credits and subscriptions are final and non-refundable, as digital services are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU Directive 2019/770/EU, Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, and Romanian Law 74/2022 when the consumer consents to immediate performance. By purchasing credits or subscriptions and accepting our Terms & Conditions, you explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. Taxes may apply based on your billing country and are shown at checkout.

We retain all rights in the Services, including software, models, datasets, and branding. Using the Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for lawful purposes.

Unless otherwise agreed, you retain the rights to outputs generated using your prompts, subject to any third-party rights embedded in source material. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

You represent that Your Content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights and does not contain personal data without a lawful basis. You are solely responsible for securing permissions for any material you upload, including voices, images, or text belonging to third parties.

We may remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms or legal obligations. We do not monitor content proactively but reserve the right to review submissions when necessary to investigate abuse.

The Services utilize AI models and technologies from external providers to power content generation. Your use of the Services may be subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We disclaim responsibility for outages, service interruptions, or issues originating from external services or model providers.

Where required, we will inform you about data shared with partners and obtain consent in accordance with our Privacy Notice and GDPR compliance commitments.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the amount you paid for the Services in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay required fees, or present security or legal risks. We will provide notice where legally permitted. You may terminate at any time by closing your account.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnities, and dispute resolution survive.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law and, where applicable, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence within the European Union or European Economic Area.
