    Why Seedance 2.0 Fast feels fast

    Fast is tuned for short turnaround so creative teams can stay in flow. Exact times depend on queue load, duration and resolution: longer clips and 720p jobs take more wall time than 4-second 480p drafts. Length is the thing that costs you wall time, which is also why a 30-second Seedance 2.5 take is not a drafting tool.

    Fast means the Fast tier and short clips. 15-second 720p jobs still take longer than 4-second 480p drafts, and queue load varies. A 30-second Seedance 2.5 render is a different job entirely and should be planned as one. The point is that the drafting loop stays tight enough to keep iterating.

    • You choose the resolution. 480p is the speed and value option; 720p is sharper and costs more per second. Both are the same Seedance 2.0 Fast model. For a 1080p master, use standard Seedance 2.0 or Seedance 2.5. For 4K, standard Seedance 2.0 is the only option.
