Sonilo on Kubeez

AI sound effects and music for your video

Describe a sound and get it back in seconds. Or hand over a clip and get effects matched to what happens on screen, a score written to its pacing, or both. No sound library to search, no session to book.

    • Sound effects from a written description, one second to three minutes
    • Effects placed against your footage, not dropped on top of it
    • Instrumental music written to the length you ask for

Four ways to get sound out of it

Two start from a sentence. Two start from your footage. Every one of them returns audio you can drop straight onto a timeline.

    Prompt

Heavy wooden door slamming shut in an empty stone hall, long tail

Type what you hear in your head. A door, a crowd, a car, a room tone, a whoosh under a title card. Length is yours to set, anywhere from one second to three minutes, so a short impact stays short instead of arriving padded with silence.

    Open sound effects
    Prompt

Slow lo-fi beat, warm tape hiss, muted rhodes, no drums until the halfway point

Say what the track should feel like and how long it should run, from five seconds to six minutes. What comes back is instrumental. That is the point rather than a shortfall: a bed under a voiceover works because nothing is singing over it.

    Open music

Upload a clip and get effects written against what is actually in the frame, landing where the action lands. Silent renders, screen recordings, animation and stock footage all arrive without sound. This is the step that fixes that without opening an editor.

    Open video soundtrack

The music is written for this clip rather than trimmed to fit it, so the swell arrives where the cut does. If the footage already has speech, you can keep it and get a render with the music ducked underneath.

    How it works

Same three moves whichever mode you pick. Nothing here needs an editor open, and nothing needs a sound library.

    1. Start from a sentence or a clip

Type a description, or upload the footage you want scored. Video goes in up to six minutes long.

    2. Say what should come back

Effects, music, or both. On a video you can take them as separate tracks and mix them yourself, or as one render with everything already in place.

    3. Take the audio, or take the clip

Every video run gives you the audio on its own and the same clip with the sound already in it. Download whichever one your edit needs.

The sound generation workflow on Kubeez

    Free to start

Try the AI sound effects generator free

You do not have to buy anything to hear what it does. Creating a Kubeez account includes starting credits and takes no card, so you can run the modes on this page and judge the output yourself before deciding anything.

Starting credits are a trial allowance rather than ongoing free usage.

    • Starting credits arrive with the account, no card to begin
    • One balance across sound, images, video and captions
    • Nothing here is a separate subscription

    What it does not do

The constraints up front, before you spend a run.

    The music is instrumental
Text to music writes no vocals and takes no lyrics. Sung tracks live on the music page.
Speech in a clip is your speech
Keeping the voice lifts the speech already in your footage. Nothing is synthesized.
    Lengths are bounded
Sound effects run 1 second to 3 minutes. Music 5 seconds to 6 minutes. Video in tops out at 6 minutes.
It scores what it can see
The video modes read the picture. Ambiguous or very fast action gets sound that is equally ambiguous.

    Questions people actually ask

    • Software that writes an audio clip from a description instead of retrieving one from a library. You type what you want to hear, set a length, and it renders that sound. On Kubeez it also works the other way round: hand it a video and it writes the effects that belong to what is on screen.

    • Yes. That is the sound effects mode. Describe the sound, pick a length between one second and three minutes, and you get a single effect back. Being specific about the material and the space helps more than being poetic: wet gravel, empty stone hall, close mic.

    • Yes. Upload the clip and the effects are written against what happens in the frame, so they land on the action rather than beside it. You get the effects as their own track and the same clip with them already in place.

    • Yes. The soundtrack mode scores the clip you upload rather than trimming an existing track to fit, so a build arrives where your cut builds. You can also ask for effects and music together and take one mixed render.

    • No. Text to music is instrumental. It takes no lyrics field, and naming a language only changes the style, not whether anything sings. For a track with vocals, use the other models on the music page.

    • It can be kept. When you keep it, you get a render with the music sitting under the voice rather than over it. The speech is the one from your own footage; nothing is generated to replace it.

    • Both, on the video modes. Every run returns the audio on its own so you can take it into an edit, and the same clip with the sound already in the picture so you can post it as is.

    • Sound effects run from one second to three minutes. Music runs from five seconds up to six minutes. A video you upload for scoring can be up to six minutes long.

    • Anything where the action is legible. Clear, reasonably paced shots get the most accurate effects. Very fast cuts, heavy motion blur or obscured action get vaguer sound, and a one line note about what to hit closes most of the gap.

    • No. Type a description or drop a clip in the browser and download what comes back. The output is a normal audio file and a normal video file, so it opens in any editor if you want to keep working on it.

    • You can start without paying. Creating a Kubeez account includes starting credits and does not ask for a card, which is enough to generate and listen before you commit to anything. Those credits are a trial allowance rather than ongoing free usage.

    • They stay in the history on the page that made them, newest first and searchable by prompt, so you can play something back days later, download it again, or delete it. Nothing is a one-time download you have to catch.
